HOW TO ORDER
Once you have selected the art you wish to purchase, you are ready to place your order. FASHION+ART offers a 4-step ordering process:

FINALIZING THE ITEM(S) IN YOUR SHOPPING CART
The shopping cart contains the item(s) you have selected while shopping.You may add or delete items from your cart and sub-total your order.

COMPLETE DELIVERY INFORMATION
You are asked to provide your shipping information and provided with a subtotal and the opportunity to indicate whether your purchase is a gift and if a message card is required.

COMPLETE PAYMENT INFORMATION You are asked to provide your billing address and provided with a sub-total before proceeding to checkout with PAYPAL, the safer, easier way to shop.

RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, a final summary and confirmation of your order will be emailed to you, along with the phone number for Customer Service in case you need assistance.

We are dedicated to making certain that our customers are satisfied with each piece of art purchased from our gallery and confidant the quality of our work will meet, if not exceed your expectations. PAYMENT
We accept payment via PayPal only and offer the opportunity to log in or register with their guaranteed secure site on our Payment Information page. Through PayPal, you may use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discovery Card.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At FASHION+ART, our goal is to deliver your art in the fastest and most cost-effective way possible. For print orders only we offer FREE SHIPPING via UPS and require a maximum of 14 days to fill each order. For our note card collections, we ship USPS and require a maximum of 7 days to fill each order, depending upon volume. We will issue an adjusted shipping schedule for your order when necessary.

When completing your online order, you will have the option to ship items, such as gifts, to one or multiple addresses. When ordering multiple items, pieces may be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

In case there is damage to your art and/or frame during shipping, please contact us immediately for return instructions at 404.374.4703 or 404.374.4704 between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Upon return, your art will be inspected and credits, refunds or replacements will be issued for the item value.

For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, please contact Customer Service at 404.374.4703 or 404.374.4704 between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST Monday through Friday. There is a minimum of 150.00 on all print orders. For note card orders, there is a minimum of 40.00.

GIFT ORDERS
If your order is a gift and you would like to include a message, please indicate a gift request on your Delivery Information page and the message you would like enclosed in the area provided. This service is free of charge.
